Education Background - Graduate/Post Graduate

Work Experience, Skills & Other Requirements

* 7-12 years work experience in home finance space, with at least 5 years in the relevant affordable housing segment.

-* Experience in managing multiple branch teams and locations.

* Good understanding of the business & market in the state/region being managed.

* Ability to drive team to focus on business goals and behavior being driven.

* Keen outlook in building a quality book for the region.

Responsibilities

* Lead a team with oversight of 5-10 branches to achieve defined productivity numbers.

* Maintain a control on collections efficiency and a good portfolio for region being managed.

* Oversight on maintaining defined business requirements like ROI, P&L Management, etc.

* Be aware and use knowledge of local geography, demography, Sales channels in and around the locations being managed.

* Customer handling skills and capability of resolving customer issues, clarifying queries and enhancing the customer relationships.

* Team management to ensure productivity and delivery.

* CTC offered will be competitive as per market.

* Grade range Manager/Senior Manager.
