Indore Cluster Head profile in Godrej Compay (On 3rd Party pay role) Salary offered = (1) FIXED PART = 20000/- (CTC = 2.0 to 2.5 lacs) (2) VARIABLE PART = Monthly Incentive appx. 5K to 10K (it is 1% of Total Business Revenue of the territory upon target achievement) Responsibility (1) Driving & Handling a Sales team of 10 to15 executives, 8 to 10 Commission Agents & Tele callers for Sales of Home Appliances Products (Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Washing Machine , Microwave Oven ...) - Handling D2D team - Handling Tele Appointment team & commission agents - Handling Telecallers team (2) Ensure Monthly Target achievement for Indore territory (3) Visiting to Customers along with Sales Executives & commission agents & ensure proper training of the team for product & selling skills. (4) Review and monitoring of sales performance of each Executive & Tele caller in the team. Ensure target achievement of each member in team. (5)SSD Making and Mgmt (6) Visit to High end customers for bulk QTY order enquiries in Indore & nearby locations. ================ Qualification & Experience Requirement.. - MBA with experience in sales - Post Graduate with experience in Sales - Engineering Degree with Good experience in Sales -Having own bike and Laptop - Indore Local candidates
