Job Description

Job Title : Cluster Head - Direct Channel.

Department : Sales

Location : Thane

Industry Life Insurance

Company : Bharti Axa Life Insurance.

CTC : Upto 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Managers / Sales Managers across Multiple Branches in the assigned Cluster.
Drives Business targets for new customer acquisition, renewals, and revenue growth through direct sales.
Implement sales strategies and campaigns as per organizational Goals.
Monitor Sales Metrics, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities within the Cluster.

Requirements:

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience : 8-12 Yrs of Experience in Life Insurance Sales, with at least 3-5 Years in a Team Leadership Role
Criteria :
Must have Experience in Handling Agency and Direct Channel ( Bancassurance channel Experience is not Considered )
