Cluster Head Corporate Salary

In this role, you will focus on acquiring and deepening accounts of Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs, Religious Institutions, and Educational Institutions to maintain the quality of accounts. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying prospective customers and converting them into business opportunities - Ensuring customer stickiness by deepening the existing portfolio - Meeting targets to achieve annual business goals - Periodically reviewing under-performing customers and creating action plans for improvement - Assessing client needs and generating new revenue through cross-selling opportunities - Managing customer relationships efficiently for superior servicing and products - Organizing marketing events and conferences for new customers - Monitoring process efficiency and providing inputs for improvement - Collaborating with the product team for product customization and process improvements - Gathering market intelligence and tracking competition best practices Additionally, ensure full awareness of all policies and procedures issued relating to products, KYC, and AML policy.
