Job Description

Key Responsibilities Responsible to maintain delinquency levels below 0.25% Decision/PD/Appraisal of cases within TAT Training of FOS on KYC and documentation part- which help to reduce TAT understanding of legal and technical Attending of maximum training sessions to enhance u/w skills. Adherence of product and policy- minimal audit observation. Punctuality and teamwork OTC and PDD management. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in Mortgage Underwriting or similar role. Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles, regulations, and industry standards (NBFC). Proficiency in Home Loan and processes. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data effectively.
