CloudOps Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring & Optimization
: Monitor the health and performance of the cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for optimization.
Technical Issue Resolution
: Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
Installation & Configuration
: Participate in the installation and configuration of
AWS, VMware, and Nutanix components
to ensure the robustness of our cloud systems.
Collaborative Support
: Work closely with the team to ensure the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our cloud-based systems.

Required Qualifications

Education
: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
:
0-1 years of experience
in IT service delivery management.
Technical Skills
: Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and exposure to
AWS, Linux, Windows, VMware, or Nutanix
is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills
:

: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to learning.
