Cloudability/Turbonomics/PowerBi admin

As a User Administration Specialist for Cloud maintenance systems such as Turbonomics & Cloudability, your primary responsibilities will include: - Moving, adding, or deleting user accounts within 3 business days of the request. - Updating Account Groups/Hierarchy within 3 business days of the request or as part of the monthly/quarterly reporting cycle. - Managing Subscription Updates by adding static tags to new subscriptions and maintaining existing tags with correct information. Inputting tickets into ServiceNow for tagging updates to Azure within 3 business days of the request or as part of the monthly/quarterly reporting cycle. - Automating system processes when available, which may include creating and maintaining APIs or other connections. The timeline for automation will be determined on a case-by-case basis. - Creating and maintaining Process Documentation for all processes, with quarterly reviews and ad hoc updates as changes occur. - Handling Anomaly Maintenance by adding, changing, or deleting anomaly detection on a case-by-case basis. - Setting up future features and capabilities based on specific requirements. - Maintaining Vendor Credentials for subscriptions, including Advanced Features, within 3 business days of the request or as part of the monthly/quarterly reporting cycle. - Conducting general system maintenance and creating/maintaining business rules on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, you will be responsible for Reporting tasks related to Cloudability, Turbonomics, and PowerBi: - Creating and maintaining reports/dashboards and making necessary updates to other systems using Cloudability data. This includes but is not limited to Power Bi, Cost Transparency & Turbonomics. These updates should be completed prior to the monthly/quarterly reporting cycle. Furthermore, you will be involved in Planning and Forecasting activities related to Cloudability and Cost Transparency: - Creating and maintaining plans according to forecasting/budgeting cycles, which may include validating Cloud transforms in Cost Transparency.,
