Cloud Telephony Architect- International Call Center

Role Overview: You will be joining Aimlay, a global educational and writing support service platform, as a Cloud Telephony Architect for an International Call Center located in Delhi. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing cloud telephony solutions, integrating them with existing infrastructure, and ensuring seamless software development. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in setting up International Call Center - Designing International Global Telephony - Engineering, spearheading, and implementing solutions for complex telephony problems - Collaborating effectively with technology and business partners - Analyzing technical problems and driving stakeholders to implement solutions - Designing and implementing telephony-as-a-service solutions - Defining non-functional requirements for cloud-based telephony platforms - Driving automation via Ansible and/or Terraform - Establishing and managing telephony service level agreements Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in setting up International Call Centers - Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud telephony solutions - Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform - Ability to define non-functional requirements for telephony platforms Please note that this is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi.
