Job Overview:

Cloud Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security architectures for public, private, and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Monitor cloud environments for security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and anomalies.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments on new and existing cloud solutions.
• Automate cloud security operations using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Implement and manage Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection Platforms (CWPP).
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, DPDPA).
• Respond to and investigate cloud-related security incidents and support incident response efforts.
• Conduct periodic security reviews and audits across cloud platforms.
• Provide guidance on data encryption, identity and access management (IAM), network security, and logging.
