Job Profile:

The Cloud Security Architect is responsible for leading comprehensive security assessments, overseeing threat evaluations and tool effectiveness, ensuring security awareness, resolving complex issues, mentoring teams, optimizing performance and costs, managing incidents and vulnerabilities, and fostering close collaboration with the business and security teams. The role resolves complex security issues for the business or customers, supporting optimal use of tools. The role drives continuous improvement in our cloud security posture by integrating security measures. The role builds strong relationships with the customers and collaborates with security teams to ensure effective security management.

Your role:

• Designing and implementing cloud security strategies and policies based on organizational and product needs
• Ensuring the security of cloud-based data and applications against unauthorized access, theft, and other threats
• Conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop plans to address them
• Collaborating with Security leads, SoC, architects, network engineers, developers, and system administrators, to integrate cloud security measures into existing systems and processes
• Staying up-to-date on the latest cloud security technologies, trends, and best practices.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in areas such as Security Architecture, Network Security, Cybersecurity Technology, Information Security or equivalent
• Experience in cloud and/or application security
• Possess strong knowledge of cloud architectures and security best practices
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform
• Show proficiency in secure coding practices and OWASP Top 10
• Have at least one hands on experience participating in security compliance (industry regulation, ISO27001, SOC2)
• Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., CCSP, AWS Security)
• Experience with healthcare industry security requirements
• Expertise in cloud-native security tools
• Strong open source culture, and automation first mindset.
• Autonomous, rigorous, team-oriented, and driven by meaningful projects.
