Job Description

As a Hybrid Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Architect at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in shaping datacentre transformation strategies and designing innovative hybrid cloud solutions. With your expertise, you will collaborate closely with clients to advise on cloud strategies, sustainability integration, and technology choices to unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead assessments and develop strategic roadmaps for datacentre exit, migration, and hybrid cloud adoption across centralized and edge environments. - Architect scalable hybrid cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, VMware, HCI, and SDDC technologies. - Collaborate with clients to advise on cloud strategies, sustainability integration, and technology choices. - Prepare business cases, conduct workshops, and support sales teams with technical proposals and presentations. - Demonstrate strong knowledge in virtualization, automation tools, ITSM platforms, storage/middleware technologies, and cloud migration solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience (14 to 20 years) in Datacentre Assessment & Migration and Hybrid & Private Cloud (AWS, Azure, SDDC, HCI). - Proficiency in Compute Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). - Familiarity with ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and Automation (UiPath, Ansible, Jenkins). - Knowledge of Storage Virtualization (VPLEX, SVC, Cisco) and Middleware (WebSphere, JBoss).
