Job Summary

Cloud Integration Specialist

4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using

  SAP CPI

  , including both pre-packaged and custom integrations.
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces with data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
  
• Utilize

  XSLT, Groovy, and JavaScript

  for scripting and optimization of integration processes.
• Perform unit, system, and UAT testing to ensure quality and reliability.
  
• Monitor and maintain integrations, ensuring

  data accuracy, integrity, and performance

  .
• Manage

  security configurations

  including PGP encryption, credentials, and certificates.
• Provide timely technical support and resolution for integration-related incidents.
  
• Document integration processes and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure all solutions are

  secure, scalable, and maintainable

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Minimum

  4 years of SAP CPI experience

  , including pre-packaged and custom integrations.
• Proven experience in integrations between

  SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  SOAP, REST, XML, JSON

  protocols and data formats.
• Proficiency in

  XSLT, Groovy scripting, and JavaScript

  for data transformation.
• Familiarity with

  SuccessFactors modules

  (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.) and HR data structures.
• Experience with

  security handling

  – PGP encryption, credentials, certificate management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work independently.
  

• SAP Integration Suite certification

  is a plus.
