Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS using EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and/or self-managed Kubernetes on EC2 instances.
• Manage containerized applications lifecycle including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Automate Kubernetes infrastructure and application deployment using tools like Helm, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Monitor cluster health, performance, and security; implement proactive solutions to maintain uptime.
• Manage IAM roles, policies, and security best practices for Kubernetes and AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes nodes, pods, networking, storage, and AWS integrations.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure setup, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native technologies
