Roles and Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS using EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and/or self-managed Kubernetes on EC2 instances. Manage containerized applications lifecycle including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Automate Kubernetes infrastructure and application deployment using tools like Helm, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. Monitor cluster health, performance, and security; implement proactive solutions to maintain uptime. Manage IAM roles, policies, and security best practices for Kubernetes and AWS environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes nodes, pods, networking, storage, and AWS integrations. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC). Maintain documentation for infrastructure setup, configurations, and processes. Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native technologies
