Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Platform Engineering team. This role is critical to managing secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud infrastructure while embedding automation, AI-driven service optimization, and regulatory compliance. Youll work across production and non-production environments, collaborating with development, QA, and service teams to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient platform operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud engineering, AI enhanced service management, and DevOps best practices in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

• Design and manage AWS/Azure/GCP environments using Terraform, CloudFormation, and IaC pipelines.
• Handle compute, networking, scaling, and availability for enterprise workloads.
• Optimize virtualized services for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Support containerized (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/ECS) and serverless architectures.
• Automate deployments, monitoring, and environment provisioning.

ITSM & Incident Management

• Streamline incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and define SLAs for system reliability.
• Maintain documentation and operational runbooks.

AI & Analytics

• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, self-healing bots, predictive analytics) for smarter service delivery.
• Use AI/ML for intelligent alerting, auto-remediation, and performance insights.
• Visualize metrics using Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.

• 7+ years managing cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT environments
• Strong scripting and automation skills
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability, ITSM, and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's n Computer Science or equivalent experience
