Working on tasks under Cloud Operations and Engineering. It relates to monitoring and analyzing the performance of the resource utilization of cloud hosted servers. An Associates responsibilities include working on catering to the requests coming to the service desk. Responsibilities: Act on the service requests raised by the inter-department or management and complete the tasks within the set SLAs. Continuously monitor the health and performance of cloud-hosted servers and applications Raise incidents/tickets as per SOPs and severity levels. Requirements Must be graduate in B.Tech./B.C.A. Basic knowledge of Cloud and Monitoring tools Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and condentiality. Open to Learning new skills and implementing the same as per the requirement
