This Position Requires Both Skills Technical And Functional SDM to ensure operational excellence of the "Manage" and "Faire Faire" type to support/advise our internal teams and internal customers, and to manage our outsourcer (Manage Operations and control their quality, Reporting/communications/meetings, invoicing/budget, new services...) TAM to strengthen the expertise around infrastructures in order to "Challenge" and "Facilitate" to maintain the level of expertise of our outsourcer at the highest level (support technical requests, performance and capacity, incidents, changes, participate in RCA analysis and production, support go lives, DRP tests...)
