Cloud Developer

Job Overview:

The Cloud Developer will be responsible for building and deploying cloud-native applications, integrating with cloud services, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of cloud solutions. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, backend, and frontend teams to deliver robust cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and services.
  
• Integrate cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) into applications.
  
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and serverless functions.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications.
  
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of cloud-based solutions.
  
• Monitor cloud application performance and troubleshoot issues.
  
• Document system architecture, workflows, and cloud configurations.
  
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Developer or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
• Familiarity with cloud services: compute, storage, database, messaging, and serverless technologies.
  
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud applications.
  
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
