Cloud Architect

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, IT leaders, business, and IT support teams to develop and maintain technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with the segment's strategic direction to enable business capabilities. Additionally, you will work closely with enterprise architects, product managers, and Cloud/DevOps engineers to design and implement cloud platform automation solutions. As part of your responsibilities, you will partner with the Platform Delivery Lead to prioritize the product backlog, refine product roadmap, KPIs, and releases. You will also lead the identification and analysis of key industry and technology trends to assess their potential impact on business segments and technology domains. This includes developing new technology enablers for business segments. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Cloud/DevOps engineers to address technical and design issues, conduct design and code reviews, define platform software engineering standards, and ensure compliance. Monitoring platform software quality and working with Cloud/DevOps engineers to enhance it will also be part of your role. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to onboard and self-service enable platform consumers. Supporting platform operations, ensuring platform stability, assisting with incidents, and maintaining platform SLAs are essential aspects of this position. Lastly, you will be responsible for designing automation frameworks to support the platform products.,
