As a Trade Settlement Coordinator in the Syndicated Loan Market, you will be responsible for coordinating trade settlements with various counterparties. Your key responsibilities will include: - Liaising with counterparties on primary trades, par and distressed secondary trades, equity trades, and trade claims (At Par Trades). - Managing settled balances and cash balances to schedule trade closings with counterparties. - Preparing and reviewing trade positions and facilitating cash movement with operational contacts. - Troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving problems arising from trade discrepancies. - Monitoring and following up on aged trades. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to ensure the timely delivery of internal and external reports, as well as preparing MIS reports. Qualifications for this role include: - 0 to 2 years of experience. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience in client and client counterparty management would be an added advantage. - Experience in the Syndicated Loan market (LSTA and LMA) will be a definite advantage. - Understanding of Loan and Credit related products, trade life cycle, and Capital Markets. - Graduation in any stream (Commerce Graduate will have an added advantage). - Dynamic and open to learn approach to work and life. - Ability to analyze issues and apply analytical/logical thinking. - Computer proficiency and MS Office suite of applications. The work conditions for this role are as follows: - 9-hour shift between 1:30 pm IST and 3:30 am IST, with readiness to stretch when required. - Operations will follow US holidays as the activities are tied to the New York financial markets. - Adherence to UnitedLex and client confidentiality and information security policies. - Work location: Gurugram, Haryana.,
