Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team at IQVIA Biotech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and development, with excellent communication skills in Tamil.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators and site staff.
Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze data and prepare reports for management review.
Provide training and support to site staff on study protocols and procedures.
Ensure timely resolution of site-related issues or concerns.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Proven experience in clinical research and development, preferably in stroke or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to changing priorities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, with excellent technical skills.
