Clinical Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

Training & Product Education

• Conduct comprehensive product induction sessions for all new employees.
• Plan, organize, and deliver internal training programs covering both theoretical and practical product knowledge.
• Provide hands-on clinical support during procedures, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Train surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital teams on proper product usage, protocols, and best clinical practices.
• Support complex surgical cases to ensure safe and effective product application.
• Conduct workshops, CMEs, and clinical education programs across assigned regions.
• Provide continuous education to healthcare professionals on product use and patient care techniques.

Program & Activity Management

• Coordinate and manage hospital workshops, training sessions, awareness programs, and field activities.
• Develop and maintain monthly activity calendars and training schedules.
• Ensure a minimum of five (5) activities per month are conducted and documented.
• Track and monitor activities across all territories to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from workshops, CMEs, and training events.

Customer Support & Service

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee and guide the team responsible for patient and guardian communication.

Training Material & Product Development

• Develop, update, and enhance training materials, modules, and clinical education content.
• Share valuable insights and field feedback for product improvements and new product development.

Sales Support & Lead Management

Track newly generated leads from training events and ensure appropriate follow-up with the sales team
