About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and customer-focused Clinical Sales Representative to promote and sell our medical/clinical products and solutions to healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, hospital procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical training to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and competitor insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan promotional events, seminars, and workshops.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in clinical or medical sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with strong time management abilities.
