Clinical Research Scientist

Role Overview: As a Clinical Research Scientist at NIRAMAI Health Analytix, you will be a strong leader, clinical specialist, and medical expert with an entrepreneurial mindset. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the company's clinical research and marketing division. Your role will involve strategizing and planning the clinical function at NIRAMAI, coordinating international and national clinical trials, developing a global network of Key-Opinion-Leaders, and designing compliance and clinical activities in alignment with healthcare regulations and standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments within the organization to design regulatory, clinical, and medical marketing strategies for current and future healthcare products. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead strategy and planning of the clinical function at NIRAMAI - Initiate and coordinate international and national clinical trials - Develop a global network of Key-Opinion-Leaders - Design and supervise compliance and clinical activities - Partner with Heads of Business, Technology, Research, and Product - Plan and Conduct CMEs/seminars for brand marketing and business development - Identify and activate external partners for timely regulatory clearances - Be a spokesperson at trade association meetings and public hearings - Lead, build, and manage a strong clinical operations and regulatory compliance team - Build a clinical training function within the company Qualifications Required: - University degree in science (bachelors, masters, doctorate) - medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, biology, biostatistics, pharmacology, or related discipline - 7-15 years of relevant experience in a pharma or medical devices company - Ability to think of unconventional avenues for product evangelism - Outstanding networking skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders and regulatory authorities Company Details: NIRAMAI Health Analytix Pvt Ltd is a health technology startup founded in July 2016.
