Description
As a Manager at NIRAMAI Health Analytix, your role involves building, fostering, and leading a team of test engineers with the primary goal of delivering a testing experience that enhances testing efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership to ensure thorough test coverage throughout the organization - Coordinate and control the test units, providing leadership and formulating team strategy - Lead all aspects of the test strategy, design, execution, and risk management to achieve missions and objectives - Identify and plan vital skills allocation and development for ensuring integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of test unit(s) - Implement solutions for applying new and smarter test methodologies to uncover quality risks - Work with engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle - Plan and execute end-to-end test activities including test effort estimation, test script development, test automation, test execution, and defects management Key Requirements: - B.E., BCA & MCA or B.Sc. & M.Sc. or equivalent - 7+ years of experience in defining & implementing product testing processes, tools & technologies with detail orientation and analytical thinking - Experience in Automation for UI, Mobile application, API, Web, and Performance - Familiarity with customizing and extending test automation frameworks - Experience in testing mobile apps in iOS, Android OS, and test automation - Knowledge of test methodology and tools, software testing standards, methods and conventions, build systems, and the product development cycle - Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g. Git) - Exposure to DevOps tech stacks like Docker, Jenkins, Mesos & Marathon - Advanced knowledge of the Infrastructure, CI/CD tool chains, and ecosystem NIRAMAI Health Analytix Pvt Ltd is a health technology startup founded in July 2016.
