About the role: The Proposal, Budget and Contracts Manager is responsible for the development and preparation of proposals, budgets, and contracts for new business. The PBC Manager will be accountable for generating high quality and timely proposals, budgets, and contracts by working closely with the Business Development team and Projects Managers.
