Job Description

Act as Head of the Psychology Department and oversee all psychological services
Monitor, mentor, and guide junior psychologists and counselors
Ensure high standards of ethical and professional clinical practice
Improve and maintain the quality of counselling services across the department
Plan, conduct, and lead workshops for psychologists and mental health professionals
Design and conduct webinars for the general public on psychology and mental health topics
Participate in media initiatives, including awareness videos, campaigns, and educational content related to psychology
Lead and contribute to research activities in the field of psychology
Stay updated with latest clinical practices, therapies, and evidence-based approaches
Prepare reports and present new ideas, strategies, and developments to the Board of Directors
Support the development of training modules, protocols, and guidelines
Represent the department in professional, academic, and public forums when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
