Psychology Department - SOP and Roles and responsibilities

Primary Roles : CDC (Child Development Centre)

● Conduct one-on-one Behavior Therapy sessions for the children enrolled in CDC.

● Complete monthly assessment reports at the beginning of the next month for the previous month.

● Each session will be 40-42 mins with the child and 5 minutes of debriefing with the parents.

● Assist with assessments for children - different assessments based on the child’s condition. If the candidate does not know these assessments, they will be trained through observations before directly sitting down with the parents and children.

● Assist in completing Detailed Psychological Assessment reports.

● Location primarily will be either in Kondapur or Banajara Hills. When necessary, the candidate has to travel to the other location. Travel conveyance will be provided.

● Participate in weekly meetings along with the entire team to discuss the therapy plan for children enrolled in CDC.

Primary Roles : Choice Foundation

● When required, candidate will be asked to travel with the team that is going for Screening programs. Travel conveyance will be paid.

● Screening and assessments to be completed in the school premises and the reports need to be completed by the end of the day. Candidate will be trained in the SOPs for the same.

● Candidate, if interested, will be part of research team with the Foundation. It is

multi-faceted team with different medical and paramedical professionals who are working on research in their respective fields.

Reporting Structure

Candidate will be reporting to Team lead - Psychology (Current lead - Keturah Queenie), in the absence of Team Lead, will be reporting to HOD - CDC (Current HOD - Swarnalatha)

Leave Policy

● Planned leaves of more than 1 day need to be informed at least 10 days before to the Team Lead through email.

● Not more than 2 therapists will be allowed to take leave at the same time. Team lead has the final decision regarding leaves if more than 2 therapists are applying for the same days based on priority.Psychology Department - SOP and Roles and responsibilities

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
