We’re Hiring: Online Clinical Psychologist (Remote & In-house)
SolForge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for compassionate and skilled Online Clinical Psychologists to join our virtual therapy team.
We are hiring for online consultations and in-house sessions.
Languages (separate requirements):
• English – speaking & writing
• Malayalam – speaking
Responsibilities
• Conduct online therapy sessions (individual / couple / family)
• Case assessment, formulation & treatment planning
• Maintain session notes & documentation
• Provide evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, Trauma-informed care, etc.)
Qualifications
• MA/MSc in Clinical Psychology (Required)
• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI Licensed) preferred
• 0-5 years of clinical experience (supervised freshers may apply)
• Strong communication skills & ethical practice
• Comfortable working in a virtual therapy setup
