Clinical Psychologist

The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for providing mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and counseling to individuals and groups across various age groups including adolescents, women, and underserved populations. They will also collaborate with the foundations multi-disciplinary healthcare and social work teams to address the psychological well-being of beneficiaries and develop mental health awareness programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:

   M.Phil./PhD in Clinical Psychology (RCI registered is preferred)

• Experience:

   Minimum 24 years of clinical experience, preferably in NGO or hospital settings

• Skills:

• Proficiency in psychological assessments and therapy
• Empathetic communication and active listening
• Cultural sensitivity, especially in working with rural or marginalized communities
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care
• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Languages:

   Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local/regional language is a plus

• Tech skills:

   Comfortable with basic computer use, report writing, and virtual consultation tools
