Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. Act as a point of contact for resolving escalated customer issues or complaints. Work with sales and marketing teams to generate and manage leads. Actively participate in closing leads. Segment customers and create targeted email, SMS, or call campaigns. Monitor campaign results and suggest improvements based on data analytics. Analyze customer data and prepare reports on trends, satisfaction, and behavior. Generate insights for product development, customer service, and sales teams. Present monthly/quarterly CRM performance reports to management. Qualifications: - Bachelors /Master in Business Administrations or any degree or diploma in Travel and tourism. - Must have at least 1 year experience in travel and tourism.
