Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our expert team at Mibo Bengaluru. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in psychotherapy, a client-centric approach, and the ability to provide culturally sensitive care. Proficiency in English, Kannada is essential to connect deeply with our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic interviews, and therapy sessions
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapies for individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to ethical and professional standards
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other team members for integrated mental health care
• Participate in clinical meetings, training programmes, and case discussions
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to quality care protocols

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/ or Psy.D (RCI Recognised)
• Registration: Must have valid RCI License
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of independent clinical practice preferred
• Languages: Fluency in English, Kannada, and Telugu
