Inpatient Department (IPD) Duties: Ensure 24x7 quality nursing care in coordination with IPD team. Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily care routines of admitted patients. Monitor neurological symptoms and escalate changes in patient condition. Coordinate discharge and admission procedures with caregivers and administration. Patient & Family Support: Educate families on caregiving practices post-rehabilitation. Offer emotional support and counsel patients and families sensitively.
