Trauma Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Clinical Duties:

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing neuro-physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications and manage IV lines as per protocol.
• Assist in therapeutic procedures and ensure timely execution of physiotherapy plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing notes.
• Assist doctors, physiotherapists, and other allied health staff during rounds or interventions.
• Manage wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures efficiently.

Inpatient Department (IPD) Duties:

• Ensure 24x7 quality nursing care in coordination with IPD team.
• Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily care routines of admitted patients.
• Monitor neurological symptoms and escalate changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate discharge and admission procedures with caregivers and administration.

Patient & Family Support:

• Educate families on caregiving practices post-rehabilitation.
• Offer emotional support and counsel patients and families sensitively.
• Maintain respectful communication and uphold dignity in all interactions.

Administrative & Compliance:

• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain nursing inventory, equipment upkeep, and daily shift reports.
• Participate in quality audits, training programs, and clinical reviews.

Qualifications:

• GNM Certification from a recognized institute.
• Registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council.
• BLS/ACLS certified (preferred).

Requirements:

• We Need Nurses who are willing to work Rotational shift & Especially Night Shifts
• who has worked in ICU before.
• who has experience working in Reputed hospitals in Pune

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
