Location: Apricot Care Physiotherapy & Wellness, Kharadi, Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cognitive Psychologist who has a strong interest in adult neurorehabilitation and cognitive retraining. The candidate will work closely with patients and the rehab team to assess, design, and implement cognitive interventions that enhance attention, memory, executive functions, problem-solving, and overall independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cognitive assessments for adult neuro patients.
• Develop and implement individualized cognitive rehabilitation programs.
• Support patients in overcoming challenges related to memory, attention, planning, and decision-making.
• Work in collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists for holistic rehabilitation.
• Provide counseling to patients and caregivers on coping strategies and recovery expectations.
• Document patient progress and prepare therapy reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualification: Master’s in Psychology (Cognitive / Neuropsychology preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years in cognitive/clinical psychology; freshers with strong academic background and interest in adult neuro may also apply.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of cognitive processes, empathy, communication, and teamwork.
• Availability: Should be able to join immediately.
• Location: Must be willing to commute or relocate to Kharadi, Pune.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹210,286.25 - ₹689,832.77 per year
