Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist located in Chennai. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, managing medication therapy, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Daily tasks include evaluating medication orders, compounding medications, providing drug information and counseling to patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The role demands strong commitment to patient safety, accuracy in dispensing, and adherence to clinical protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pharmacy Practice, Pharmaceutical Care, and Medicine
• Skills in Compounding and Medication Therapy Management
• Strong communication and counseling abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety
• Experience in specialized hospital pharmacy settings is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Valid pharmacy license in India
