Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage patient appointments via Practo, including reconfirmation and follow-ups. - Maintain and update appointment schedules, ensuring accurate reflection of changes. - Assist Dr. Aparna in scheduling, aligning with her clinical and ARMMAN calendars. - Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and confidentiality. - Collaborate with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for billing and insurance-related coordination. - Support Dr. Aparna with ad hoc tasks and requests as necessary. Requirements: - Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the Practo app. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
