CLINIC MANAGER - SKIN CLINIIC

About the Clinic:
We are a modern dermatology clinic offering advanced skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and personalized skincare. We are looking for a motivated Clinic Manager to lead front-desk operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent patient experiences.

Location: WHITEFIELD, BANGLORE
Timings: [10 AM – 7 PM, 5 days a week] [ 10 AM - 4PM, 1 DAY A WEEK]

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inquiries (calls, walk-ins, social media leads) into appointments and procedures
• Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
• Coordinate with dermatologists and support staff to ensure smooth operations
• Track daily sales and conversions
• Maintain patient database and follow-up schedules

Ideal Candidate:

• Min. 1–2 years experience in a clinic, spa, salon, or wellness center
• Excellent communication skills (English + local language as add on)
• Presentable, confident, and sales-focused
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Salary: ₹[45000 to 60000] + Incentives based on conversions
