About the Clinic: We are a modern dermatology clinic offering advanced skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and personalized skincare. We are looking for a motivated Clinic Manager to lead front-desk operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent patient experiences. Location: WHITEFIELD, BANGLORE Timings: [10 AM – 7 PM, 5 days a week] [ 10 AM - 4PM, 1 DAY A WEEK] Key Responsibilities: Convert inquiries (calls, walk-ins, social media leads) into appointments and procedures Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and handle feedback professionally Coordinate with dermatologists and support staff to ensure smooth operations Track daily sales and conversions Maintain patient database and follow-up schedules Ideal Candidate: Min. 1–2 years experience in a clinic, spa, salon, or wellness center Excellent communication skills (English + local language as add on) Presentable, confident, and sales-focused Basic computer/CRM knowledge Salary: ₹[45000 to 60000] + Incentives based on conversions Growth: Opportunity to grow into multi-branch management if performance is strong Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,899.52 per month Work Location: In person
