Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide professional and timely assistance to clients via various communication channels such as phone, email, or live chat. You will address client questions and concerns effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with investigating and resolving client issues in a timely manner, ensuring that problems are handled efficiently and to the client's satisfaction. It is essential to escalate complex issues when necessary to provide the best possible resolution. Keeping accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, comments, and complaints, is crucial. You will update client profiles with relevant information to maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions. To excel in this role, you must stay well-informed about company products, services, and policies. This will enable you to provide accurate information and guidance to clients. Continuous updating of your product knowledge is essential to deliver exceptional customer service. Gathering and documenting client feedback, as well as identifying trends in client concerns, will be part of your regular tasks. You will be expected to provide suggestions for process improvements and enhancements to elevate the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining documentation of common client queries and solutions. Additionally, you will generate reports on support activities and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills (written, spoken, verbal) and have a solid understanding of basic network fundamentals. Experience in log understanding and analysis, client/server architecture, and debugging network/console logs in browsers is essential. A basic understanding of how Restful APIs work and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS would be advantageous. E-commerce domain knowledge is considered a plus. Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education from a reputed institution.,
