Job Description

As a Client Support & Operations Executive at Sekel Technologies Private Limited for the Google My Business (GMB) process, your role is crucial in optimizing and maintaining Google My Business listings for clients. Your proactive engagement with the dealer network and clients will ensure accurate information, seamless onboarding, improved product performance, and enhanced visibility on Google. **Key Responsibilities:** - **GMB Listing Management** - Create, claim, and manage GMB listings for clients. - Optimize listings with accurate information, appealing content, and updated visuals. - **Client & Dealer Support and Engagement** - Call and coordinate with dealers/clients to gain access to GMB profiles and required credentials. - Engage regularly with clients and dealer networks to build and maintain strong relationships. - Conduct periodic calls to check product performance, gather feedback, and resolve issues promptly. - Train clients/dealers on product features, usage, and best practices for GMB and related platforms. - **Data Accuracy & Consistency** - Regularly update and verify GMB listings to ensure accuracy. - Maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across platforms. - Track and maintain records of dealer/client interactions and training activities. - **Review Management** - Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a timely, professional manner. - Encourage positive reviews and address negative feedback effectively. - **Insights & Analytics** - Use GMB Insights and analytics tools to track performance. - Provide data-driven insights and reports to clients to improve their listings. - **Category & Attribute Optimization** - Analyze and optimize categories and attributes to enhance visibility. - **Compliance & Guidelines** - Stay updated on GMB policies and guidelines. - Resolve listing-related issues ensuring compliance. - **Cross-functional Collaboration** - Work closely with internal teams to provide holistic digital marketing and operational support. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience in GMB management, local SEO, or digital marketing is an advantage. - Strong communication and client relationship management skills. - Analytical mindset with high attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Understanding of SaaS-based products and digital marketing concepts is a bonus. - Knowledge of Bing Places, Apple Business Profile creation, and Facebook Store Pages creation is an added advantage. As a full-time employee, you will be required to work in person at the designated work location.,
