Client Support Executive

As an experienced professional joining the GTS Client Services team at HSBC, your role will involve delivering a professional and high-quality service to address the needs of GTS clients. You will be part of the Client Servicing team, led by the Team Leader, and will serve as one of the primary points of contact for premium clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Holding overall ownership of trade transactions for Premium/Standard Trade Clients and ensuring end-to-end completion of transaction processing. - Ensuring transactions do not break down due to missing documents or internal approvals. - Addressing customer complaints with high-quality customer service and effective resolution. - Monitoring E-helpline, raising/resolving customer queries, and assigning them to relevant teams for resolution. - Coordinating with various teams for transaction-related activities and maximizing output. - Contributing to process/guideline roll-out through team meetings to ensure effective understanding. - Acquiring knowledge, enhancing business understanding, building internal knowledge database, and acting as a trusted transaction advisor for clients. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum graduation or higher qualification as required, along with excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with clients and internal departments. Additionally, the tenure of the Apprentice for this role will be 1 year as per the Apprentices Act, 1961. Apprentices engaged by the Bank will be featured in the NATS portal, and upon completion of the apprenticeship, a Certificate of Proficiency will be issued by the Govt. of India. All other clauses regarding the tenure of engagement as an Apprentice with HSBC will be as mentioned in the offer letter.
