Customer Interaction:
· Answer customer questions by phone or email about their investments, account details, and transactions.
· Help customers fix issues with their accounts, transactions, or statements.
· Start calls with a friendly greeting and make things easy for customers by working with the OPS team and asking the right questions.
Issue Resolution:
· Fix complaints and mistakes quickly.
· Work with internal teams, fund houses, and banks to solve customer problems smoothly
Customer Relationship Management:
· Build good relationships with clients by giving timely help and updates.
· Follow up on pending transactions and documents to keep things moving smoothly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
