Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role located in Hyderabad for a Client Success Thinker. The individual in this role will work closely with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, improving customer experience, addressing client issues, and driving successful outcomes for various projects while maintaining brand and design standards. You will also be at the forefront of customer interactions and business development.

You hold the edge if you have these

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing in the real estate sector
• Candidates with high level of domain knowledge of the sector will be preferred
• Strategic thinking ability to help top real estate brands craft long-term market success
• Good responsiveness and organised way of working
• Good knowledge of hybrid tools - Slack, Teams, Google Workplace
• Good knowledge of top AI helper tools
• A problem-solver mindset

Bare necessities

• Ability to manage a project end to end, and ensuring high degree of client satisfaction
• Ability to document exceptionally well. You will have to get feedback from clients and convey these to our creative teams in Bangalore and Hyderabad digitally
• Use project management tools and be a pro-active solutions seeker
• Ability to get things done within timelines
• Strong Interpersonal skills for building and managing professional relationships
• Excellent communication abilities, including verbal and written proficiency
• High degree of empathy towards customer problems
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience across various touchpoints
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and result-oriented collaboration
• Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment, located in Bengaluru
• Background in branding, design, or related creative industries is a plus
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and project deliverables
