Role Overview: You will be joining Watch Your Health (WYH), a leading Health-Tech provider in the Indian healthcare industry. Since 2015, WYH has been offering customized wellness solutions to various sectors including insurance companies, Pharma companies, Hospitals, and Path Labs. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time on-site role is based in Thane. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients - Facilitate smooth on-boarding processes - Monitor client usage and provide proactive support - Address client concerns, issues, and escalations effectively - Gather feedback for product improvement - Drive renewals and upsells Qualifications: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Tech industry - Basic knowledge of Tech Product Development Process - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or Bsc - Proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Retention - Strong analytical skills - Expertise in Relationship Building and Customer Service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: The work timings for this role are 5 days a week from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM.
