As a Client Solutions Specialist at Honeycomb Creative Support, you will be responsible for taking creative ideas and ensuring their flawless execution. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand and meet their needs, avoiding any miscommunication. Collaboration across teams will be essential to ensure smooth execution of projects. You will also be tracking social media analytics and adjusting strategies based on performance. Additionally, creating impressive presentations that resonate with clients will be a key part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate who is a people person capable of managing clients and creative teams effectively. You should have a good grasp of social media trends and analytics, or be eager to learn quickly in this area. Strong presentation skills are crucial as you will be tasked with conveying great ideas through compelling storytelling. The ability to multitask efficiently is also important, given that you will be handling multiple projects simultaneously. You will have the opportunity to start working on internal brands initially. As you showcase your skills and proficiency, you will have the chance to take on external client projects as well, if you desire. This role offers job perks such as 2 work-from-home days per month, fixed work hours from 10 AM to 6 PM, and an office location in Koramangala, surrounded by various amenities.
