Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at Bioport Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling biotechnological products to potential clients and customers in the biotechnology industry. Your focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets for biotech products. - Identify and prospect potential clients and customers in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors through cold calling, networking, and relationship building. - Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to key decision-makers to drive sales and revenue growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and meet customer needs. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion. - Build and manage a pipeline of academic, biotech, CRO, and pharma accounts. - Conduct virtual or in-person product presentations and demos for lab consumables, reagents, and equipment. Qualification Required: - MSc, MBA, or Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. - Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
