You will be responsible for closing sales deals via client visits and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Your role will involve contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service, answering questions about the services of the company, entering and updating customer information in the database, and taking and processing orders in an accurate manner. You will also be required to handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation and go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales. As a sales representative, you will need to keep records of client visits and sales, noting useful information. Outstanding negotiation skills are essential, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Additionally, you should possess the ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects effectively.,
