CLIENT SERVICING MANAGER

Role Overview: You will be part of a luxury wedding photography & film studio, responsible for client servicing, production oversight, and creative direction. As the single point of contact for couples & families, you will manage pre-production, on-ground execution, and post-production flow. Your role includes ensuring no moments are missed, frames look their best, and storytelling remains intact. You should be comfortable in various settings from a hotel ballroom to vendor calls, and possess the production sharpness to handle difficult decisions and manage chaos, all while staying passionate during high-pressure, travel-heavy wedding environments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage clients, expectations, and timelines as the Single Point of Contact for assigned weddings - Lead on-floor execution including posing, styling, interviews, and story arcs - Collaborate with planners, vendors, and venues to ensure smooth & timely shoots - Coordinate freelancers, prepare call sheets, manage backups & trackers - Guide editors to align films/photos with the story and studio aesthetic - Handle client feedback cycles and ensure timely delivery - Contribute to moodboards, teaser/trailer ideas, and Insta campaigns Qualifications & Skills: - 5 years in content, media, luxury events, or client servicing with creative sensibility - Strong storytelling and visual instinct in films, photos, and aesthetics - Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and teams effectively - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for trackers, schedules, and reporting - Proactive, self-driven, highly organized, and calm under pressure - Must possess a valid passport and be open to travel - Immediate joiners preferred Additional Company Details: The company is a luxury wedding photography & film studio known for crafting emotionally powerful stories with fashion-forward visuals.
