Client Servicing Manager - Corporate Events

Craftworld Events Private Limited is currently seeking a Client Servicing Manager - Corporate Events to join our team in Andheri. As a Client Servicing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the business by generating ideas and creating presentations for events. You will be responsible for understanding client briefs and representing the clients effectively. Your main responsibilities will include managing events and activities from start to finish in collaboration with the production team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be required to coordinate with internal departments such as Business Development, Creative, and Operations teams before, during, and after events to ensure the best options and cost-effective solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to be present on-site during events to oversee the smooth execution of the event. Following the conclusion of events, you will be responsible for post-event deliverables and reports.
